The issue has been resolved and closed.
The partial outage is now over and all functions are back to normal. The root cause behind the issue has been identified and our developers are working on a more permanent solution to prevent similar outages in the future.

Howspace is experiencing a partial outage of certain features.
Duplication, addition of users and AI features are experiencing slowness for the time being.
Workspaces are still accessible and most features remain unaffected.
We are investigating the root cause and working on a resolution.
